The implementation of the developmentalist political plan is not convenient for the reality of the traditional peasants territories Latin Americans. The objective of this work is to critically analyze development as a universal model, punctuating its consequences for the peasants territories, as well as to punctuate the political and epistemological role exerted by Agroecology in the process of dont market of agriculture in Latin America. The qualitative research consisted of fieldwork, data collection and document analysis. The Agroecology emerges as a social movement of resistance to developmental logic, based on the denial of the dichotomy between society and nature defended by Western modernity.
