Incubation of Solidary Tourist Enterprises for Development in Traditional Communities in Guaraqueçaba, Paraná
Promote the protagonism of communities within the process of tourism development has stimulated the creation of incubators of solidarity enterprises. The referred process, broadens the social, political, and economic intervention of the public power and also strengthens the community organization in order to jointly answer the questions as such as, generation of work and income. This article aims to analyze, the actions of the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives in a process to create the chain of community tourism. Methodologically, composed for a case study, with direct observation and interviews with project managers. The results point to hints of the incubation of solidary tourism ventures to contribute to the strengthening of the local community with a view to territorial development, and the articulation of actions of the project with the public policies of solidarity economy and tourism, in communities, which wish to offer products and services to attract visitors.
