Macro-structural circulation axes: a necessary debate

The weakening of regional planning in Brazil, the reduction of state action, the slowdown of major infrastructure investment at the national level, the geographical displacement of commodity production to distant territorial areas, as well as the increase of its flow through the consolidated axes of exports are influencing the transport crisis. In this context, this essay aims to identify the weakening in the national circulation, make some notes on a new sectoral division in large regional groups and point out some possible changes of articulation between macrostructural axes of circulation in Brazil.
