The Basket of Territorial Goods and Services framework proposes to enhance the process of interconnected activation of territorial resources. The objective of this article is to identify goods, products and services that can be articulated by the actors in the promotion of territorial development in the Association of Municipalities in the West of Santa Catarina (Ameosc). The field research was carried out in August 2019, with sixteen actors interviewed. Different territorial resources were inventoried and characterized, with different degrees of activation being recorded. The most active are Oktoberfest, colonial products and indigenous seeds. In the initial phase or less active are rural, adventure and historical-cultural tourism; places for events and leisure and the triple frontier. Among these, possible synergies were identified to be mobilized by the actors for the construction of the basket effect, however attention must be given to the governance management in order to benefit the vulnerable actors.
